Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations while leading the team to meet performance expectations.

• Manage supply inventory, ensuring all employees are equipped with necessary resources.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on service and product quality, striving to improve performance continuously.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, seeking solutions that ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a welcoming and safe dining environment.

Candidate Profile:

We're looking for someone with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, or a 2-year degree in Hospitality or related field with 2 years of experience.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing team performance.
