Under the general direction of the VP Design and Construction Manager, the Facilities Associate Project Manager administers the Bank's real estate strategy related to assigned bank properties, consisting of commercial office buildings, with retail and office space, stand-alone & in-store branch bank facilities. The Facilities Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and bank branches. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility alterations, renovations, expansion, and relocations of personnel, including all project cost management of furniture & equipment, direction of internal labor, and management of labor, materials and other related costs.
