Construction Laborer - Remodeling & Demolition | $18-$20/hr
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Immediate Start

AlohaHP is actively hiring motivated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This full-time position offers hands-on experience across various job sites involving residential and commercial remodeling, demolition, and new construction projects. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills, this is a great opportunity to grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition, site prep, and general cleanup of job sites
• Support drywall installation, including taping, mudding, and patching
• Help with painting tasks-interior and exterior (prep, edging, and finish)
• Aid in flooring installation such as tile, wood, laminate, or vinyl
• Perform basic carpentry like framing, trim work, and fixture installations
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
• Load and unload building materials and maintain an organized work area
• Comply with all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in construction or general labor (training available)
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment
• Basic tool knowledge and awareness of job site safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience
• Attire: Clean T-shirt with sleeves, jeans, and construction shoes
• Assigned parking available at each job site
