Job Description
Wage - $18.00 per hour
Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for clerical tasks, systems, and procedures related to student records administration within student records in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Perform duties including typing correspondence, form letters, accountability forms, student records, student pay, travel and clothing allowance forms, maximum benefit records, status reports and input and output forms.
- Maintain files on department records, cards, forms, and correspondence sent, received, and/or requiring further actions.
- Proofed records or forms; copy needed information from one record to another as required.
- Respond to students and staff inquiries regarding class records.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years related experience required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
