We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Civil Engineer specialized in the design and development of residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions. As a crucial member of our team, you will manage and oversee all phases of construction projects—from conceptual design to completion—ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects for subdivisions.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and develop blueprints that meet technical specifications.
• Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs, providing solutions to emerging challenges.
• Oversee and mentor staff while liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and procure equipment/materials as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Hawaii or ability to obtain.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions.
• Demonstrated experience in subdivision design.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and obtaining regulatory approvals.
• Exceptional project management and supervising skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Location: Honolulu, HI

Salary Range: $90,000 - 140,000 per year, based on experience.
