As a Sales Associate, you will be in constant motion, ensuring the store is organized and welcoming. You'll collaborate with supervisors and teammates, manage inventory, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with checkout when needed. The more knowledgeable you are about the store and its products, the more successful you'll be.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $14.00 to $26.00, with the potential for additional performance-based compensation and premiums based on various circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review customer orders and select merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure accuracy in filling customer orders.
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Dispense customer orders efficiently, regardless of weather conditions.
