Description:
Design, deliver routine, variance, and ad hoc performance reports and analysis to Claims, Print & Mail, and Enrollment Program leadership that provides actionable insights and drives increased performance.
Lead strategy of specialized, and cross-functional workgroups to address systematic and high impact issues, from problem diagnosis to the implementation of solutions.

Partner with internal partners like IT and Corporate Data & Analytics to enhance, maintain, and validate the accuracy of dashboard and reporting tools, as well as drive increased use of automation tools.
Manage and align project managers on common tasks (from corporate-level projects to ad hoc incident resolution).
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, from the proper documentation of current state processes to proposing new solutions consistent with the future state.
Work with production leadership and business areas to develop relevant, timely, and effective training related to organizational changes and quality issues.
Drive payment integrity programs to ensure HMSA receives the maximum benefits.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and seven years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Five years of management experience
Strategic planning experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with distinction in driving discussions with senior leadership and across partner organizations.
Knowledge of health care industry: payment and delivery models and systems, understanding of health plan role and industry.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
