Airline Customer Service Representative (AM Shifts) - $20/hr

Join us at Hallmark Aviation as a Customer Service Agent providing exceptional service to our international airline clients at HNL Airport.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties depending on location and service demands, including ticket counter, lobby, gate, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas.
• Interact constantly with passengers and crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate jet bridges and resolve flight-related issues to ensure on-time departures.
• Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Organized, common sense, and able to make quick decisions.
• Effective communication and good listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Physical and Environmental Conditions

• Frequent interaction with people and exposure to aircraft sounds.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient in English; additional languages may be required.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
