Supervises and participates in the performance of substantive human resources clerical work that includes a significant proportion of those of a novel and/or unusually complicated nature and/or limited technical assistance work; and/or independently performs the full range of technical human resources work; and perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements Generalized Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience. Specialized Experience: Four (4) years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
