We are seeking a self-driven and highly competent executive director to help us fulfill this important undertaking. This position is a full-time exempt position. Reporting to the board of directors, the executive director will oversee the strategic and operational efficiency of the organization's programs and staff. The ideal candidate must possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and good planning and organizational skills to steer and influence the organization towards favorable growth. Exceptional stewardship and strategic planning skills are required to expand the organizations public profile as the leading advocate of women and girls in the State of Hawaii.
