The position spends a greater proportion of their time working on the addition, upgrade, troubleshooting and support of IT. The IT typically includes desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, associated software and user accounts for host systems. The work involves analysis, design, planning, documentation, implementation and other support duties, but may also be expected to assist in other areas as part of a project, as needed.
