Independently performs substantive human resources clerical work that includes a significant proportion of those of a novel and/or unusually complicated nature which presents many possible alternative course of action and requires use of considerable judgment; and/or performs limited technical assistance work; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements Generalized Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience. Specialized Experience: Three (3) years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
