The Baggage Storage Associate is expected to provide superior customer service, while promoting Smarte Carte Baggage Storage and Services to travelers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver premier customer service Greet and assist inbound travelers and encourage the use of our services to maximize their travel experience. Follow established process for tagging and tracking customer property; Baggage Storage Standard Operations Procedure. Communicate Baggage Storage requirements to customers. Process cash and credit card payments using POS register. Provide information & respond to inquiries about airport facilities, including but not limited to, baggage carousel information. Maintain a clean and organized work area Wear company prescribed uniform, maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
