SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Program Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting the daily operations of ID/DD Medicaid Waiver Services. This position ensures smooth coordination between staff and program needs, assists with compliance and documentation, and provides essential support to the Program Manager to help maintain quality service delivery and organizational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the administrative duties of the ID/DD Medicaid Waiver Services.
  • Processing all documents for payroll purposes.
  • CentralReach (CR) inputting and converting.
  • Coordinate Direct Service Workers and Supervisors to ensure the fulfillment of authorized services.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to support program operations.
  • Assist with audits, tracking staff credentialing, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Assist the Program Manager with new hire orientation and annual trainings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines.
  • Familiarity with CentralReach and Sandata is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities/intellectual disabilitiesis a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday
