Women's Fund of Hawai'i's mission is to support innovative, grassroots programs that empower women and girls statewide. Its vision is to create and sustain a Hawai'i where every woman and girl is safe, healthy, financially secure, and empowered to reach her full potential. We are seeking a self-driven and highly competent executive director to help us fulfill this important undertaking. This position is a full-time exempt position.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Mission and Strategy.Works with the board, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through the articulation of the organization's strategic roadmap and vision.
2. Fundraising.Works with board, staff, and advisors to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
3. Financial Management.Maintains WFH's fiscal health
4. Board Relations.Works with the board of directors and committees, informing, assessing, and addressing issues that affect the organization.
5. Marketing and Communications.Serves as the face and public spokesperson for the organization.
6. Operations.Manages the day-to-day operations and programs, including managing staff and volunteers so they are mission-aligned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public relations, or communications preferred.
2. An understanding of fiscal management.
3. Public relations, marketing, and fundraising experience.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, with innovative approach to business planning.
5. Nonprofit leadership and board governance experience preferred.
6. Highly ethical behavior.
7. Effective communicator.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
9. Motivational skills.
10. An understanding of Hawai'i's women and girls' philanthropy.
SALARY
$100,000 annual salary per year and excellent benefits.
