Are you seeking a growth and leadership opportunity with a reputable organization in the behavioral health industry? We are currently hiring an Associate Director for our Oahu Behavior Analysis office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the office, including budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Ensure the quality and appropriateness of services provided, maintain compliance, and promote client satisfaction through staff education and evaluation.
• Support and mentor staff, including the Associate Director, and identify growth opportunities within the community and industry.
• Represent BAYADA professionally, embodying our values and maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree required.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably in home health or behavioral health.
• Knowledge of Hawaii behavioral health regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and increasing responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
• Ability to organize, manage, and grow an office.
• Proficiency in PC and communication skills, with experience in community networking.
• Ambition to advance professionally.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
