We are looking for qualified applicants residing in the Honolulu area. This role is responsible for managing daily accounts payable transactions and providing general office support.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $48,000 annually , depending on experience and location.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure invoices are correctly coded to the appropriate general ledger accounts.Prepare weekly priority payment lists.Assist with inquiries from vendors and internal managers regarding accounts payable.Perform data entry for Hawaii-related payables, including agency expenses, media, and production invoices.Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Basic understanding of accounting practices and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Job Requirements:Minimum:High school diploma or equivalent.At least one year of experience in an accounting role.Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Preferred:Experience with billing systems such as NetSuite.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
