Under the direction of the Director Wealth Management Risk & Chief Fiduciary Officer, this job is responsible for enhancing and proactively managing Bank of Hawaiis Wealth Management Compliance & Risk Management Program. Is responsible for consulting with business unit managers to ensure compliance management components are established and implemented for appropriate business functions across the company.
As a Bank of Hawaii employee, you ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
