FINN Partners' Honolulu office is seeking a Research Coordinator to support our primary research data collection unit and overall Research team. This role involves conducting telephone and in-person intercept surveys, as well as recruiting for and coordinating logistics of in-person and online qualitative research such as focus groups, mock juries, and in-depth interviews. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of data quality, operational efficiency, and timely project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location & Work Schedule: Must be located in Honolulu, with a requirement to be in the office at least 4 days a week. Occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel may be necessary.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and be a self-starter. They should be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Knowledge or interest in Hawaii's culture and its influence on business, along with strong communication skills, is essential.
Compensation Range: $40,000 - $50,000, commensurate with experience.
