* Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.* Answer telephonic and email inquiries promptly.* Escalate queries to your line manager if unable to answer them.* Provide members and healthcare practitioners with details about members' benefits.* Approve pre-authorizations for covered medical treatments.* Inform members of outstanding co-payments.* Provide current and prospective members with information on network providers.* Cancel members' plans upon request or due to recurrent nonpayment, as directed by your line manager.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
