Our sports medicine team emphasizes training, conditioning, and both surgical and non-surgical treatments, providing comprehensive care for athletes, from musculoskeletal injuries to nutrition and health maintenance. Our goal is to balance therapeutic treatment with maintaining sports or other physical disciplines at peak performance.As a Patient Service Representative, you will ensure that Straub patients and their families receive warm, friendly, and considerate assistance. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in our Sports Medicine department, assisting with administrative tasks such as interviewing, registering, admitting, updating, and creating patient records; processing professional/technical fees accurately and timely; and handling cash collections.
