The Mililani Family Health Center offers services such as diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, physical exams, obstetrics/gynecology, lab testing, X-ray, mammography, and immunizations. The Administration team ensures these services are delivered effectively with friendly customer service.As a Patient Service Representative, your role is to ensure patients and their families receive warm, friendly, and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics. You will act as a liaison between patients and staff, handling clerical and reception duties, assisting with administrative tasks such as interviewing, registering, updating, and creating medical records, processing professional/technical fees accurately and promptly, and managing cash collections.
