We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to many of the world's leading brands and serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesService Support – Serves as back-up to Service Technicians, both in covering for absences and in providing additional coverage & support where needed.Pest Control - Conducts inspections to determine the source of pest activity. Performs services for Active Pest Control residential and business customers. Completes exterior sealing on homes and other properties to eliminate rodent and wildlife entry.Minor Construction and Repair – Work on light construction projects including patios, doors, eaves, walls, floors, etc.Continuous Learning – Become knowledgeable in the array of available Active Pest Control products and services.Position RequirementsSuccessfully meet pre-employment background screenPossess a valid driver's license and undergo motor vehicle driving record checkAvailable to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays during times of high demandEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDCustomer-Facing Experience preferredOther Skills, Attributes, and AbilitiesDemonstrated attention to detailDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsAbility to safely operate basic hand and power toolsComfortable working at heights (e.g., climbing a ladder up to 20 feet)Capable of lifting and carrying up to 35 lbsOpen to learning and becoming knowledgeable about Active Pest Control products and servicesComfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training periodWhy Choose Us?A career with the Rentokil family of companies can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
