First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers' inquiries. You'll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Work Schedule:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
Compensation:
Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr., commensurate with experience.

The next target date for training for our Call Center opportunity is August 2025.
Work Arrangement:
