After School Site Coordinator – Lead with Heart, Laugh with Keiki, Grow Your Career!

Part-Time | 15-20 Hours/Week | $20-$24/hr | Benefits Included | Weekdays Only

Looking for a meaningful, leadership-level role that fits into your schedule and fuels your passion for working with kids? Kama‘aina Kids is hiring After School Site Coordinators across Hawai‘i—and this could be your perfect next step!

As a Site Coordinator, you'll manage a vibrant After School Program, mentor Group Leaders, and create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for elementary age keiki. You'll work closely with school staff and parents, gaining valuable experience in education leadership—all while having a blast with your team and students.

Requirements:

  • Available Monday–Friday, approx. 1:30pm–5:30pm
  • Experience working with children (after school, classroom, camps, coaching, etc.)
  • Degree in Education, Child & Family Studies, or a related field is preferred, but we will consider relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
  • Organized, reliable, and ready to lead with aloha
