Job Summary:

Haseko Construction Management Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Construction to lead vertical construction operations. This role involves supervising divisions including Administration, Estimating, Project Management, and Superintending, as well as managing subcontractors, project staffing, procurement, contracting, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. The position will be instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing workflow, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee retention and efficiency.

• Serve as the General Contractor and RME for HCMG and affiliated entities.
• Oversee and provide leadership to Administration, Estimating, Project Management, Engineering, and Superintending teams.
• Manage project staffing, subcontractor relations, procurement, and contracting processes.
• Develop project budgets, bids, estimations, and schedules while ensuring quality control and compliance.
• Guide systematic process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead project startup initiatives, including contract procurement and staffing plans.
• Assist owners in design development and material selection while providing cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with BMP reports and evolving construction regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven expertise in cost estimation accuracy and schedule control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Effective collaboration within senior management teams.

• Familiarity with industry trends, techniques, and technologies.

Licenses & Certifications:

• General Contractor License required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This role requires a mix of office-based work and field operations. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional walking, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and engaging in construction site activities.
