The position is assigned to the Human Resources Unit #3 which is located in the First Circuit, Administrative Services Division, and Human Resource Branch. The Human Resources Unit #3 is responsible for providing employee development for First Circuit employees. The position assists the Court Services Manager in developing, coordinating, and implementing projects and activities focusing on employee development, engagement and retention. In addition this position evaluates current operations to develop, implement, and recommend modifications to guidelines, policies, policies, standards and work methods necessary for effective and efficient operations with new human resources programs and procedures.
