Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Engineering design, build, modification, and maintenance support for an existing VoIP system supporting a US Government Customer in Pearl City, HI. The selected candidate will work as the primary engineer for the customer, responsible for adding a redundant capability at another site, provide design enhancement and/or improvement to the current design state, and the once this implementation is complete they will need to maintain the system. The best candidate must have strong customer service, organizational and time management skills as they will be working independently to coordinate the work with the multiple members of the Code being supported.

Specific job duties include:

• Voice over Internet Protocol engineering design and improvement experience using Cisco Systems technology.
• Hold an active Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Applications Implementation certification

Certifications (IAT Level II)
One of the following:

• Security+ CE
• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
• System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

and the following:

• Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Applications Implementation certification
• Required Skills
• 2-3 Years' of Experience with Cisco Systems (Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE))

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL Certification
