Lecturer (Health Information Management), Fall 2025

Salary Information: Minimum for Academic Year 2025-2026, $1,911 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience.

Other Conditions:

• Conditions for lecturer applicant pool, part-time, pending availability of funds and staffing requirements.
• Must be available to teach courses online and in person, during the day, evening, or weekend.

Description

Teach assigned courses in Health Information Management (HIM), maintain office hours, prepare syllabi and reports, work with the Program Director and Division Chair, and utilize multimedia and off-campus teaching as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant discipline or experience as a lecturer in HIM.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.

Desirable Qualifications:

• College and online teaching experience.
• Experience teaching pathophysiology, pharmacology, medical terminology, and other HIM foundational courses.
