Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
All minimum qualifications must be from institutions accredited by recognized US accrediting agencies and met by the effective date of appointment. HAWAIIAN STUDIES: (a) Master's in Hawaiian Studies or (b) Master's Degree in Hawaiian language with at least 9 credits of advanced and/or graduate level coursework focused on Native Hawaiian areas or (c) Bachelor's Degree in Hawaiian Studies, and 3 (three) years of related work experience or (d) Master's Degree with at least 15 credits of advanced and/or graduate level coursework or research topic focused on Native Hawaiian areas, or (e) Master recognition in a specific area of Hawaiian knowledge as recognized by the Hawaiian community in that area and 10 (ten) years of related work experience.
