As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you'll be a key part of our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support the store when needed, including covering the sales floor and assisting leadership.
• Open and close the store as required, managing store keys responsibly.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and utilize sales techniques to increase add-on sales, including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Also, handle register closeouts and communicate shortages or overages to management.
• Understand sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving them.
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and relevant information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure security.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and a tidy store environment.
• Help develop a passionate, collaborative team to effectively run the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills; a drive to develop team members.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $16.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
