Position Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

We are seeking a qualified Helpdesk Support Specialist with the following qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of helpdesk support experience.
  2. Master's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  3. Experience leading a helpdesk team.
  4. Ability to provide help desk support, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across multiple enterprise services and applications.
  5. Understanding of MIS environments.
  6. Capability to resolve less complex issues immediately; more complex issues to be escalated.
  7. Experience with problem management databases and help desk systems.
  8. Ability to communicate status of open tickets to customers and verify resolutions.
  9. Possession of IAT Level I certification (CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+).
  10. Ability to provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
