We're seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing a talented team, and delivering excellent customer service. Essentially, you'll be a superhero in our retail story.

• Achieve sales and comparable sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team.
• Create engagement through social media, web applications, and clienteling.
• Maintain operational excellence, balancing organization, delegation, and customer focus.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
• Use sales data to inform strategy and meet targets.
• Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply spending responsibly.
• Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team.

• 1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams.
• A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Interest in pop culture and music trends.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $24.55 - $30.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
