Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with baggage storage needs and inquiries.
2. Ensure all baggage is tested or inspected for safety.
3. Complete all transaction documentation accurately.
4. Maintain POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
5. Provide professional customer service and support store operations.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to meet Port Authority Badging requirements.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods.
