We are looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will deliver a sweet customer experience, promote our brand, and handle store duties including sales, merchandising, and register operations. You may also be responsible for opening or closing the store.

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and follow our engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
2. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, operate POS/register, and achieve sales goals.
3. Support store operations such as cash handling, opening/closing, visual merchandising, and set-up for events.
4. Understand and communicate loss prevention policies.
5. Perform operational tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
6. Represent our core values: being Positive, Playful, Present, and a Difference Maker.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs. independently, or 50 lbs. with assistance.
