Leadership: Step in as Floor Lead in the supervisor's absence, overseeing a dedicated loading team of 15-20 employees. Inventory Management: Maintain comprehensive records of certified loads dispatched from our facility for Direct Store Delivery (DSD). Coaching: Deliver constructive feedback and guidance to our Picker staff on optimal pallet build practices. Communication: Relay crucial feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) regarding workflow, loading challenges, and potential opportunities for staff development. Tracking: Ensure meticulous tracking and accurate counting of every load and pallet.
