M.A.C. 24/7 at the Hilton Waikiki Beach is looking for a Full-Time Server Assistant/Busser to join our team. Are you a team player who works safely and exceeds guest expectations with a smile? The Server Assistant is responsible for resetting tables, supporting servers with guest needs, servicing and maintaining the dining area, and delivering online food and beverage orders to outlets and guest rooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 100% guest satisfaction with a positive attitude and exceed expectations.
• Offer personal attention, take responsibility, and work as a team in guest service.
• Listen, empathize, find solutions, and resolve guest issues.
• Notice guest dissatisfaction and act appropriately.
• Perform other duties to provide genuine hospitality and side tasks as assigned.
• Provide food and beverage service, including clearing tables, cleaning, resetting, restocking stations, and assisting with food delivery.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Replenish water, make coffee, and assist with delivering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
