Project Engineer (Finance)Compensation Range: $63,700.00 - $95,400.00 Annual SalaryJob Description Summary: Support management to achieve project profitability and schedule goals.Job Responsibilities:Perform all essential Entry Level/Intern Project Engineer responsibilities.Attend and document project meetings (write minutes).Set up and maintain electronic filing systems.Update and maintain drawings, specifications, and logs.Assist with preparation and updating of CPM schedules.Understand basic construction means and methods.Maintain site-specific safety plans and pre-task planning, including audits and training.Distribute documents to subcontractors and maintain logs.Evaluate field problems and document PCI's.Prepare and maintain PCI logs in the CMiC system.Review, analyze, and transmit submittals.Maintain submittal and procurement logs.Perform expediting functions.Verify correct cost codes on timesheets and on Accounts Payable workflows.Verify original estimate quantities for labor cost reports.Report quantities in place and maintain labor cost reports.Prepare and document change orders and extra work orders.Maintain PCI logs and record set drawings in CMiC system.Set up and maintain a Quality Management system.Maintain progress photo albums.Compile contract close-out documents (O&M manuals, as-builts, etc.).Document punch list work.Perform basic Building Information Modeling functions.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Skills and Experience:Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent.1-3 years of construction-related experience; internship experience preferred.Field experience is a plus.Basic understanding of construction cost accounting.Basic estimating and scheduling skills.Basic computer skills and ability to read plans and specifications.Effective organizational and communication skills in English.Ability to use independent judgment and be self-starting.Drafting and advanced computer skills are a plus.Knowledge of virtual construction technology systems is preferred.Benefits: This role is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and other voluntary benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
