Job Title: Systems Administrator Seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to manage and support our VDI Thin Client network across both classified and non-classified environments. This role requires advanced technical expertise in VMware, VOIP phones, Microsoft Teams, and Windows Server systems. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders in a dynamic Joint Operations Center.Responsibilities: Manage and support VDI Thin Client networks, ensuring seamless operation across secure and non-secure environments.Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot VDI systems, integrating with storage, networking, and security solutions.Administer VOIP phones, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing tools.Maintain system security, apply updates, and ensure compliance with security standards.Provide technical support and documentation for system configurations and procedures.Collaborate with senior leadership and support operational needs.Minimum Qualifications: 2-4 years of Tier 3 System or Network Administrator experience supporting VDI networks.Valid security certification in ACTIVE status at start date.Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, McAfee, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams.Proven experience in applying DISA STIGs to ensure system security.Extensive VMware experience, managing virtualized environments.Strong skills in Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, SAN management.Ability to obtain IMO Level 4 access, requiring advanced cybersecurity certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.U.S. Citizenship, current DoD Top Secret clearance, and ability to pass SSBI background checks.Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP).6-8 years of network engineering experience.Additional Information: This position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
