This position is contingent on contract award.

International SOS is seeking an experienced Strategic Planner to formulate, analyze, and implement long-term strategies aligned with defense objectives and operational effectiveness. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of geopolitical environments, resource allocations, and military capabilities to inform decision-making and ensure mission readiness. The Strategic Planner collaborates with stakeholders to develop actionable plans supporting the military's strategic goals and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, gather, and analyze information to recommend updates to policies and procedures.
  • Propose solutions to improve strategic and operational planning.
  • Prepare reports on strategy ideas and present research findings to senior management.
  • Align processes, resource planning, and department goals with overall strategy, supporting organizational changes.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • Ten or more (10+) years' experience in strategic planning.

Education Required:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Recognized as an industry leader in the area of expertise.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work typically performed in an office environment.
  • Sitting, standing, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
  • May involve bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances.

Additional Information

Pay range is based on various factors and may include medical, financial, and other benefits. Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and market data.

Compensation: Min: $161,000 Max: $198,000

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and an annual bonus. International SOS complies with all applicable wage laws.
