What You'll Do
You'll play a vital part in our success by supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Training administration. Your contributions will help us attract and retain top talent, ensuring our organization continues to thrive.
Responsibilities
Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to fill positions efficiently and effectively with qualified candidates.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent for various positions, employing both traditional and out-of-the-box methods to uncover hidden gems.
- Conducts preliminary phone screens, evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit, and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers within 24-48 hours of receipt; schedules interviews with departments as needed.
- Provides hiring managers with guidance, support and staffing recommendations on a continuing basis.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates through proactive outreach, networking events, job fairs, school presentations, and other relationship-building efforts.
- Communicates career opportunities to potential candidates and manages applicant engagement through timely and ongoing communication.
- Manages the pre-employment and on-boarding process, which includes performing employment verifications, background checks, licensing verifications, communication of all requirements; follows-up providing guidance to ensure timely completion of requirements are met; extends employment offers.
- Follows established processes and timelines to manage and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintains and tracks candidates in the pipeline at each stage of the recruitment process and provides bi-weekly recruiting summaries on status of open positions to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development.
- Tracks and uploads Progress Update Forms (Employee 90-Day Evaluation) for the Arcadia Family of companies into ADP; compiles monthly status report.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven approach in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy in candidate tracking, documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training
- Generates monthly reports to review the timely completion of Annual Employment Training (AET) and other required training sessions by all employees; sends monthly follow-up reminder notifications.
- Facilitates high quality, engaging weekly New Hire Orientation sessions; excellent group presentation skills.
- Assists in the facilitation of Training sessions
- Serves as the primary operator and liaison for AFC's Learning Management System; provides access, troubleshooting and guidance for users. Updates training modules, ensures training completion dates are updated in ADP system; maintains training files.
- Coordinates, schedules and tracks First Aid & CPR training for all AFC employees.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $44,891.00 to $64,130.00

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4 year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, includes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Helpful to have working knowledge of ADP and Learning Management Systems software. Ability to learn other required software used on the job.
