Teach introductory, upper-division, and graduate History courses in person or online. Plan and supervise semester activities that meet course objectives, maintain records on and evaluate student performance, assign grades. Hawaii Pacific University (HPU) is a private, non-profit institution of approximately 3,500 undergraduate and 800 graduate students. Founded in 1965, it is Hawaiis largest private university with its core campus in the heart of Honolulus business district. Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in History or related field. Desired Qualifications:Doctorate degree in History or related field. Online teaching experience. Experience teaching university students in a diverse environment. Other Qualifications: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance is not available for this position.
