Job Description

The Processing Center Associate requires an individual that is internal customer-oriented and

can prioritize and multi-task at a quick pace. The Processing Center Associate also works well

other with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The primary duties for

the Process Center Associate is to receive and process print jobs, incoming and outgoing mail,

Client file management, scan, file, as well as other administrative tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor, restock, and inventory Supplies
  • Manage client electronic, hardcopy and boxed records
  • Process Business Annual Filings
  • Process new owner welcome packets
  • Track and mail client taxes
  • Assist with print jobs, scanning and faxing
  • Required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
