Job Summary

Note: Work location is remote (e.g., home address), per KP's Authorized States Policy - Employees may be required to travel to a KP or customer site. Residence required in the primary location: 711 Kapiolani Blvd., Honolulu, Hawaii 96813

Follows pre-established plans for project logistics independently. Takes accountability for meeting deadlines, resolving questions from leads, prospects, customers, and channel partners, and escalating critical issues when needed. Utilizes protocols to review, identify, and implement goals, deliverables, and milestones for projects with multiple workstreams. Participates in engagements and makes presentations to various audiences. Develops content and communications to align messages or advance sales independently. Serves as a resource for health insurance benefits and product offerings in case follow-up questions arise. Executes and coordinates standard and non-standard business processes related to lead/prospect/customer requests. Conducts data entry, reconciliation, and processes departmental systems to ensure data integrity. Gathers data on customer needs and identifies solutions aligned with KP's mission, vision, and values.

  • Uses sales data advantageously: conducting data entry, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting to inform strategies.
  • Creates positive experiences by building relationships, gathering data, and educating leads/prospects/customers about products and services. Collaborates to meet needs.
  • Engages in project management: following plans, managing resources, quality checks, meeting deadlines, and improving tools and processes.
  • Participates in sales process execution: reviewing and processing information, coordinating processes, communicating progress, and developing responses to requests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND at least two (2) years of experience in business-to-business or business-to-consumer communication, leadership, sales, marketing, or related fields, including relevant internships OR five (5) years of similar experience.
