We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Full-Time Project Engineer to join our team.This position is an excellent career opportunity for the right individual who desires to make an impact in a privately held company which continues to grow.At MCC, our success stems from the contributions of each and every Team Member.

The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete-related aspects of construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of concrete work while adhering to budget constraints.

The following are general responsibilities for the position:

Responsibilities:

• Engineer and design concrete formwork
• Develop formwork fabrication drawings
• Produce concrete outline drawings
• Assist in quality control/assurance of installed work during construction
• Assist and lead projects from planning to execution and closeout
• Create and manage RFIs, submittals, and drawing changes
• Conduct regular job-site visits to inspect installed work
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and efficiently, with little direction

· Proactive planning and organizational skills

· Professional appearance with good interpersonal and effective communication skills

· Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD

· Experience with reading construction drawings is desired

· Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is desired

· Ability to work well with others and assimilate in a team environment

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is desired

· Knowledge of physics or statics is desired

· FE / EI certification is desired but not required

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Salary Range – $75,000-$110,000 (DOE)
• Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits; 100% of premiums covered by company for Team Member and dependents.

• Retirement Compensation Benefit and 401k matching program annually (vesting period applies)
