Partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is a key driver of global brand strategy, leading development and execution of brand, media, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include creative development, content strategy across digital platforms, media planning, brand campaigns, and communication programs. The role oversees brand resources and media asset management, guiding cross-functional teams in executing integrated campaigns. It collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and track performance metrics, supports product development, and maintains brand consistency. Execution involves personal contribution, internal collaboration, and coordination with external partners such as agencies and freelancers.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Industry Management, or related field. 10+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in brand or direct marketing at an advertising agency or client company, or product management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required; Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary :

$200,000-220,000, depending on skills, experience, and education.
