This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I with Housing at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines. A valid driver's license, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a REL license within 9 months. Salary range: $21.17 - $36.85 per hour; the hiring range for new employees is generally $21.17 - $29.01 per hour, DOE. Final offers will consider experience and current salary levels within EAH.

Background Checks and Drug Testing
