Description

Our industry-leading client is seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for overseeing multiple commercial initiatives, typically managing 12 to 15 projects simultaneously. The role involves liaising with the enterprise compliance commercial team, identifying issues, and managing regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will have a background in regulatory/compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Note: Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30-$35 hourly W2

Duration: 12+ month contract with potential extensions or full-time conversion

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial segment of mandated projects
• Serve as liaison to the enterprise compliance commercial team
• Engage with the commercial team to identify issues and regulatory changes
• Assess needs and coordinate resources to improve existing programs
• Monitor program progress to ensure goals, schedules, and benefits are met
• Recommend or implement process changes to achieve objectives

Experience Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project is a plus
• Experience with compliance tools like SAI 360 is a plus
• Strong background in compliance and regulation

Bachelor's Degree

Note: Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other factors. The listed pay range is for W2 hourly employment; other arrangements may vary.
