Joint Tactical Coordinator

The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don't. We need your industry knowledge and advisory skills to address complex problems and ensure national safety.

As a Joint Tactical Coordinator, you'll leverage your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and Division-level expertise to work alongside thought leaders in training, exercises, and operations supported by multiple forces. Your skills will enhance Joint Force tactical integration through Command and Control, Scenario Design, Exercise Control, Feedback, and All Domain.

You will work to incorporate capabilities from all Services, especially Air capabilities, to support joint training and achieve exercise objectives. Air capabilities from the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps are crucial for executing key joint operations during rotations, exercises, and operations.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Joint operations
  • Experience as an air planner
  • Experience with operational planning at division, corps, or theater level
  • Experience as a planner or participant at a Combat Training Center
  • Ability to coordinate with departments and mission partners effectively
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Level 4 Professional Military Education

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in Joint Air and SOF integration
  • Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Experience operating at a JNTC accredited facility
  • Knowledge of Army MDO and Joint All-Domain Operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation:
Our benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Salary ranges from $86,900 to $198,000 annually, influenced by location, education, experience, and organizational needs. This posting closes within 90 days.
