Our Real Estate client is seeking a Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you are an experienced developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, or other automation tools, and you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored RPA solutions.
3. Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using tools like Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath.
4. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure quality.
5. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
6. Stay updated with RPA trends and emerging technologies.
7. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
8. Document RPA solutions, processes, and user guides.

Experience Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience as an RPA developer in a senior or leadership role.
2. Strong expertise in RPA tools (Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate), with certifications.
3. Experience with RESTful services, API Gateways, Postman.
4. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and programming languages like C#, Java, or Python.
5. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
8. Understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.

Skills, experience, and other factors will be considered in compensation; the pay range listed is for W2 hourly rate.
